Preamble These conditions apply exclusively between the company WindUp, hereinafter referred to as "WindUp.fr," and any person visiting or making a purchase through the site www.windup.fr , hereinafter referred to as "the user".

Article 1: General Provisions 1.1. These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) exclusively govern the relationship between the seller and the customer. 1.2. WindUp.fr reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time by publishing a new version on the website. The applicable GTC are those in effect on the date of the order.

Article 2: Products and Compliance 2.1. The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. 2.2. The customer is required to consult the description of each product in order to know the essential properties and characteristics of the product before placing an order.

Article 3: Client Obligations 3.1. The customer agrees to provide truthful and accurate information at the time of placing the order and to communicate all necessary data for product delivery to WindUp.fr. 3.2. WindUp.fr cannot be held responsible for input errors and the resulting delays or delivery mistakes.

Article 4: Price 4.1. Product prices are indicated in euros and include the VAT applicable on the day of the order. 4.2. These prices may be changed at any time by WindUp.fr, provided that the products ordered are billed at the prices in effect at the time the order is recorded.

Article 5: Order 5.1. Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. 5.2. WindUp.fr will systematically confirm each customer's order by email.

Article 6: Payment 6.1. Payment for orders is made by credit card or any other method that WindUp.fr deems necessary. 6.2. In the case of payment by card, the card is charged at the time of the order.

Article 7: Delivery 7.1. WindUp.fr commits to delivering the products within the timeframes indicated at the time of order. 7.2. In case of delay, WindUp.fr's liability cannot be held, and this will not entitle the cancellation of the order or any damages.

Article 8: Withdrawal and Returns 8.1. In accordance with applicable law, the customer has a period of fourteen days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal with WindUp.fr without having to provide reasons or pay any penalties. 8.2. The products must be returned in their original and complete condition, allowing them to be resold as new, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for optimized return processing.

Article 9: Warranties and Liability 9.1. WindUp.fr commits to remedying all non-conformities or defects in the products. 9.2. The warranty is limited to the replacement or refund of non-compliant or defective products.

Article 10: Final Provisions 10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be that of the defendant's place of residence or, at the plaintiff's choice, the place of actual delivery of the product.
