Shipping policy
Article 1: General Provisions 1.1. These shipping terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy") govern the terms of shipping for products purchased through WindUp.fr, hereinafter referred to as "the Site". 1.2. This Policy applies to all products sold exclusively through the Site. The purchase of any product implies the buyer's unconditional acceptance of this Policy.
Article 2: Product Availability 2.1. Product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the Site, within the limits of available stock. Information on product availability is provided at the time of order. Errors or changes may exceptionally occur, especially in the case of simultaneous orders of the same product by multiple customers. 2.2. In case of product unavailability after placing your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will be automatically canceled and no bank debit will be made.
Article 3: Shipping Terms 3.1. Products are shipped with the delivery note to the delivery address provided by the buyer during the ordering process. 3.2. When the shipment includes multiple packages, each package may have a tracking number that will be provided to the buyer to allow tracking of the packages in transit via the carriers' online interfaces.
Article 4: Shipping Fees 4.1. Shipping costs depend on the weight, size, and destination of the ordered items. They are calculated automatically and shown to the buyer at the time of final order confirmation. 4.2. Shipping costs may be subject to revision based on rate fluctuations imposed by carriers without prior notice.
Article 5: Delivery Times 5.1. The delivery times indicated on the Site are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond the control of WindUp.fr. 5.2. WindUp.fr commits to informing the user of any foreseeable delivery delays.
Article 6: Responsibilities 6.1. WindUp.fr cannot be held responsible for losses, damages, errors, or non-delivery of a shipment once effective control of the products has been transferred to the carrier. 6.2. In case of damage during transport, a precise claim must be made to the carrier within three (3) days following delivery.
Article 7: Changes to the Policy7.1. WindUp.fr reserves the right to modify the terms of this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon their publication on the Site.
