Refund policy

Article 1: Scope of Application This return and refund policy applies exclusively to products purchased through the WindUp.fr e-commerce portal, hereinafter referred to as "the products".

Article 2: Return Conditions 2.1. Products must be returned in a condition suitable for resale, in their original packaging, accompanied by all accessories and documentation provided at the time of the initial purchase. 2.2. Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging has been deteriorated will neither be accepted for return, exchanged, nor refunded. 2.3. The return of a product is at the sole initiative of the customer. The customer must notify WindUp.fr of their intention to return the product within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery, via our complex online form accessible through a valid user account.

Article 3: Return Policy 3.1. After notification in accordance with article 2.3, the customer will receive a return authorization in the form of an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code, which is valid for seven (7) business days. The product must be shipped within this period, otherwise the authorization will be considered expired. 3.2. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error attributable to WindUp.fr. The return method must include parcel tracking, with parcel insurance being optional but recommended.

Article 4: Refund 4.1. Upon receipt of the returned product and after verification of its compliance with our return conditions, a refund will be issued using the payment method used at the time of purchase, within a period of up to thirty (30) business days. 4.2. In the event of receiving a product that does not comply with the conditions mentioned in Article 2, no refund will be issued. A communication will be sent to the customer explaining the reasons for the refund refusal.

Article 5: Miscellaneous Provisions 5.1. Any dispute relating to the interpretation of this policy shall be settled in accordance with French law and exclusively by the competent courts of France. 5.2. WindUp.fr reserves the right to modify the terms of this return and refund policy at any time, without prior notice, and the changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.
